The final artist to feature in our outdoor gallery is local photographer Kalimna Mohamed.

Many of you will know Kalimna from ACC - but did you know she is a professional photographer in the rest of her life? This is why we have such gorgeous photographs that capture all the things we do at ACC - we consider ourselves very lucky!

The gallery on our fence features a selection of photographs she has taken from previous dog shows - capturing the personalities of a raft of our neighbourhood furry friends and their owners.

Hi Leanne here. The Big Steal is one of my favourite nostalgic Australian movies (topped off by Love Serenade).

Throughout March Yarra City Arts and Umbrella Entertainment are hosting ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ - sunset movies 🎥 🍿 in the linear park north of Park Street, where it intersects with Nicholson Street, in North Fitzroy.

The Merger is coming up this weekend … a movie about resurrecting a country footy team (it is a movie I’ve always wanted to see). There’s live music and food just around the corner at the Nicholson Street shops … and the weather forecast is looking pretty good 👍.

The market starts at 11am and finishes at 2pm (not even any need to get up early!).

We’re pretty excited to be getting some new outdoor furniture delivered on Monday … the remaining table out on the corner that Bunnings donated to us a few years ago has seen lots of love but is at the end of it’s life I think (it’s so wobbly and has already been repaired once).

We purchased the two new tables using funding that came in the form of a ‘voucher’ from the Victorian Government to help us deliver more activities outdoors. We hope you enjoy them!
