Bakeshop Alphington has moved in with the Pav Queen (relocating from the market site) and they’re leaving some food periodically in our seed library for anyone who needs it! Help yourself.

Lovely to have such neighbourly neighbours in our community hey?

It’s back. We’ve got a new batch in stock. Pop past ACC or visit Juliet at the Wingrove Street Milkbar for your fix of beans 🫘 or ground coffee. $25. All the profits go to supporting our friends in Baucau, Timor-Leste to undertake projects they prioritise - including supporting a women’s shelter, permaculture courses, teaching scholarships etc.

Thanks everyone who came along over the weekend to check out our exhibition. It was super once again. We had lots of new artists and some long standing artists participate. Around 65 works were in the show which was just great!

I’ll post some more pictures this week - but in the meantime here’s a photo of it being hung on Thursday evening - featuring Beatrice and Rob.

And a photo from Friday lunch ‘in the gallery’. Thanks CWA for the yummy meal!

Thanks to everyone who entered works, helped hang or mind the gallery and of course those that came along and bought art to support our local artists.

If you missed it, keep the Alphington Open Studios on your radar - on in late November/early December.

10am-12pm in school term. Join us in the front playground and inside for our Wednesday playgroup.

There are lots of grandparents coming along at the minute - which is lovely!

All carers and children are welcome.
